Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. 
By completing a purchase with Luxury Listing Media you 
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed 
to all terms outlined on this page.

SECTION 1 - NATURE OF SERVICE

Luxury Listing Media provides custom digital media 
services including AI-generated cinematic video tours, 
virtual staging, image enhancement, and related 
marketing assets for real estate professionals.

All services are:

· Custom-produced specifically for each order
· Digital in nature — no physical goods are shipped
· Non-transferable and created for the property 
  and client specified at time of order

Because production begins promptly after asset 
submission and involves significant labor and 
proprietary AI processing, all sales are considered 
final once production has begun.

SECTION 2 - REFUND POLICY

2.1 General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom digital nature 
of our services, Luxury Listing Media does not offer 
refunds once production has commenced.

Production is considered commenced when:
· Your listing photos have been received and reviewed
· Your order has entered our production queue
· Any staging, enhancement, or animation work 
  has been initiated

2.2 Pre-Production Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before submitting 
your listing photos and before production has begun, 
please contact us immediately at 
luxlistingmedia@gmail.com with your order number.

Pre-production cancellations may be eligible for a 
full or partial refund at the sole discretion of 
Luxury Listing Media depending on order status 
at the time of the cancellation request.

2.3 Revision Policy

We are committed to delivering high quality work 
that meets your expectations. If you are unsatisfied 
with your delivery, you must contact us within 
48 hours of receiving your files at 
luxlistingmedia@gmail.com with:

· Your order number
· A specific description of the issue
· Examples of what you expected versus what 
  was delivered

We will make one round of reasonable revisions 
at no additional charge. Revisions are defined as 
corrections to errors in our production work and 
do not include changes to the scope of the 
original order, new room additions, or complete 
reshoots of delivered content.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable 
under all circumstances:

· Completed and delivered video tour files
· Completed and delivered virtual staging images
· Completed and delivered social media reels
· Rush delivery fees once production has begun
· Custom music licensing fees once applied
· Voiceover script and hook writing fees 
  once delivered
· Add-on services once completed and delivered

2.5 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following 
circumstances:

· You submitted your payment but never submitted 
  your listing photos and production never began
· A technical failure on our end resulted in 
  complete non-delivery of your order within 
  72 hours beyond the stated turnaround time 
  and we were unable to resolve it
· Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error

Refund requests outside of these circumstances 
will not be honored.

2.6 Chargeback Policy

We take payment disputes seriously. Before initiating 
a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or 
card issuer, we strongly encourage you to contact us 
directly at luxlistingmedia@gmail.com so we can 
resolve the issue promptly.

Initiating a chargeback for a completed and delivered 
order without first contacting us constitutes 
fraudulent dispute activity. In such cases Luxury 
Listing Media reserves the right to:

· Submit all order documentation, delivery 
  confirmation, and correspondence as evidence 
  to dispute the chargeback
· Permanently suspend your account and refuse 
  future service
· Pursue recovery of funds and associated 
  chargeback fees through available legal channels

We maintain detailed records of all orders including 
submission timestamps, production logs, delivery 
confirmations, and client communications.

SECTION 3 - TERMS OF SERVICE

3.1 Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at 
least 18 years of age and have the legal authority 
to enter into a service agreement.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

· Ensuring you have the legal right to submit 
  the listing photos provided to us for production
· Confirming that the listing photos do not 
  infringe on any third-party copyright, 
  trademark, or intellectual property rights
· Providing accurate property information 
  including address and listing details
· Submitting complete, high-quality listing 
  photos in a timely manner following purchase

If you provide a listing URL in lieu of direct photo 
submission, you confirm that the publicly displayed 
listing photographs are authorized for use in 
connection with your order and that Luxury Listing 
Media may use those images solely for the purpose 
of fulfilling your order.

Luxury Listing Media assumes no liability for 
delays caused by incomplete, low-quality, or 
late asset submission by the client.

3.3 Turnaround Times

Stated turnaround times are estimates based on 
current order volume and begin from the point 
of complete asset submission, not order placement.

· Standard delivery: 24–48 hours from 
  asset submission
· Rush delivery: 12 hours from asset submission

Luxury Listing Media will make every reasonable 
effort to meet stated turnaround times. In periods 
of high order volume, standard delivery may extend 
to 72 hours. Clients will be notified of any 
significant delays.

Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once 
production has commenced regardless of whether 
the final delivery fell within the rush window.

3.4 Intellectual Property & Licensing

Upon full payment and delivery of your order, the 
following licensing terms apply:

CLIENT LICENSE

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable 
license to use the delivered video and image files 
for real estate marketing purposes related to the 
specific property for which the content was produced.

Permitted uses include:

· MLS and property listing platforms
· Your personal or brokerage website
· Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, 
  TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms)
· Email marketing campaigns
· Digital advertising related to the property

LUXURY LISTING MEDIA RETAINED RIGHTS

Luxury Listing Media and M3 Multimedia LLC retain 
full ownership of all delivered content, production 
methods, creative workflows, and underlying 
intellectual property used in production.

As a small and growing real estate media company, 
our portfolio is our most important business asset. 
Every project we complete represents our craft, our 
technology, and our team's work. We retain the right 
to use completed deliverables in our own marketing, 
portfolio, website, and social media to showcase 
our capabilities and attract future clients.

Specifically, Luxury Listing Media retains the 
right to:
· Display completed work in our portfolio
· Share delivered content on our social media 
  accounts and website
· Use completed projects in advertising and 
  promotional materials
· Reference the property in case studies or 
  service demonstrations

RESTRICTIONS ON CLIENT USE

The following are explicitly prohibited without 
prior written consent from Luxury Listing Media:

· Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing 
  delivered content to third parties for 
  commercial gain
· Transferring your license to another agent, 
  brokerage, or individual not party to the 
  original order
· Removing, altering, or obscuring the 
  AI-generated content disclaimer watermark
· Claiming ownership or authorship of the 
  delivered content
· Using delivered content to misrepresent 
  the actual condition, size, or features 
  of the property in a manner that violates 
  real estate advertising law
· Taking any legal action to prevent or 
  restrict Luxury Listing Media from using 
  completed work in our own marketing and 
  portfolio unless a written exclusivity 
  agreement has been executed

3.5 EXCLUSIVE LICENSING REQUESTS

EXCLUSIVE LICENSING USE

Luxury Listing Media understands that certain 
high-profile, high-network, or privacy-conscious 
clients may not want their property or listing 
featured in our marketing materials. We fully 
respect that.

Exclusive licensing is available upon request 
and removes Luxury Listing Media's right to 
publicly display your delivered content in our 
portfolio and marketing.

To request exclusive licensing:
· The request must be made in writing prior 
  to production beginning
· Both parties must execute a written 
  exclusivity agreement
· Additional licensing fees will apply and 
  will be quoted based on the scope of 
  the project

Exclusive licensing requests made after production 
has begun or after delivery cannot be honored.

3.6 AI Disclosure & Accuracy Disclaimer

All video tours and virtual staging produced by 
Luxury Listing Media are generated using artificial 
intelligence technology from client-provided 
listing photographs.

By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:

· All delivered content is AI-generated and 
  intended for illustrative and marketing 
  purposes only

· Virtual staging, furniture, room proportions, 
  lighting, and other visual elements may not 
  accurately represent the actual property

· AI-generated walkthroughs do not constitute 
  a substitute for in-person property inspection

· All delivered videos will include our standard 
  AI-generated content disclaimer watermark 
  and removal of this watermark is not permitted 
  under any circumstances

· You are solely responsible for ensuring that 
  your use of our content complies with all 
  applicable MLS rules, real estate advertising 
  regulations, and disclosure requirements 
  in your jurisdiction

· Luxury Listing Media is not liable for any 
  MLS violations, advertising complaints, or 
  regulatory issues arising from your use of 
  our delivered content

· Buyers and prospective tenants should always 
  be directed to the official listing photographs 
  and encouraged to conduct an in-person viewing 
  before making any purchase or rental decision

3.7 Limitation of Liability

Luxury Listing Media and M3 Multimedia LLC shall 
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, 
consequential, or punitive damages arising from 
your use of our services or delivered content 
including but not limited to:

· Lost sales or listing opportunities
· MLS rejection or compliance issues
· Buyer disputes related to property representation
· Any claims arising from the use of AI-generated 
  content in real estate marketing
· Reputational harm arising from the use of 
  virtually staged or AI-enhanced content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising 
from our services shall not exceed the amount 
you paid for the specific order giving rise 
to the claim.

3.8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 
Luxury Listing Media and M3 Multimedia LLC, its 
owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, 
damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable 
legal fees arising from:

· Your use of our delivered content
· Your violation of these terms
· Your submission of photos or materials to 
  which you do not hold the rights
· Any third-party claims related to your 
  use of our services
· Any MLS, regulatory, or advertising complaints 
  arising from your use of AI-generated content

3.9 Right to Refuse Service

Luxury Listing Media reserves the right to refuse, 
cancel, or suspend service to any client at our 
sole discretion including but not limited to 
cases involving:

· Fraudulent payment activity
· Chargeback abuse
· Submission of materials believed to infringe 
  on third-party rights
· Abusive or threatening communications
· Violation of any terms outlined in this document

In cases of order cancellation initiated by 
Luxury Listing Media due to client misconduct, 
no refund will be issued for any completed 
production work.

3.10 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed 
in accordance with the laws of the State of 
Michigan, United States. Any disputes arising 
from these terms or our services shall be subject 
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts 
located in Michigan.

3.11 Modifications to Terms

Luxury Listing Media reserves the right to update 
or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms 
will be posted on this page with a revised date. 
Continued use of our services following any update 
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
