Our Story

Luxury Listing Media was founded by Matthew Allison, 
a former licensed real estate agent and marketing 
professional who has spent the last decade working 
at the intersection of business, technology, and 
performance marketing.

Matthew got his real estate license in 2014 while 
working two other jobs and studying on the side. 
That experience taught him quickly how much it 
costs to compete as an agent before you ever 
collect your first commission check.

Professional photography. Videography. Signage. 
Marketing materials. The expenses stack up fast 
and nobody warns you about that when you are 
studying for your license. Most agents spend 
hundreds of dollars per listing just to have a 
shot at standing out.

After several years in real estate, Matthew went 
on to work as a senior executive in one of the 
fastest growing marketing companies in the 
health insurance space, where he helped the 
organization scale to over $100 million in 
annual revenue. That experience shaped how he 
thinks about business, client relationships, 
and building something that actually delivers 
on its promises.

But through every chapter, the passion for 
real estate never went away.

Why Luxury Listing Media Was Built

The idea behind Luxury Listing Media came from 
watching AI tools reach a point where a small, 
talented team could produce the kind of cinematic 
listing content that used to require a full 
production crew and a significant budget.

As a former agent, Matthew remembered what it 
felt like to weigh the cost of a videographer 
against the commission on a mid-range listing. 
Sometimes the math just did not work. Cinematic 
walkthroughs and professional virtual staging 
were largely reserved for listings that could 
afford them.

The idea that some agent's can't give their clients
the level of care that they deserve because the
numbers don't make sense... doesn't sit right with us.
So we made the numbers make sense.
