The Three Step Process

Step 1 - Place Your Order and Submit Your Details

Choose the package that fits your listing and complete checkout. In the order notes field you will be prompted to include your property address, contact details, and any special instructions for your video.

If your listing is already live, include your MLS or Zillow listing URL and we will pull your photos directly. If your listing is not yet live or you are working with a new construction property, simply upload your photos via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and share the link with us at luxlistingmedia@gmail.com after checkout.

Step 2 - We Stage, Animate, and Produce

Once we receive your photos our team gets to work. Here is what happens behind the scenes:

Empty rooms are virtually staged using AI with furniture and decor appropriate for your listing's price point
Each photo is enhanced with professional lighting correction and color grading
Cinematic camera movement is applied to each scene using advanced AI video generation
Scenes are sequenced in a natural walkthrough order that mirrors how a buyer would tour the home in person
Music is added if included in your package or selected as an add-on
Your AI-generated content disclaimer watermark is applied to every video
A branded outro card is created if requested at no extra charge

Step 3 - Receive and Publish Your Video

Your finished video is delivered to your email within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your complete listing photos. Rush delivery within 12 hours is available for an additional $25.

The Branded Outro Card

Every video we produce can include a complimentary branded outro card at no extra charge. Simply request it in your order notes and include your name, brokerage, phone number, and email.

If you have a brokerage logo, send it as a PNG file to luxlistingmedia@gmail.com after checkout and we will incorporate it into your outro card.

The outro card fades in cinematically at the end of your video with your name, brokerage, and contact information displayed elegantly against a dark atmospheric background. Every video produced by Luxury Listing Media includes a subtle production credit at the bottom of the outro card.

The AI Disclosure Watermark

Every video we deliver includes a small watermark disclosing that the content was AI-generated from listing photographs. This watermark is required on all orders and cannot be removed.

The watermark reads:

Furniture, layouts, room proportions, and features may not accurately represent the property. Buyers should rely on the official listing information and photographs and consult the listing agent for verified details.

Do you need to visit the property?

No. Everything is created digitally from your listing photos. We work with agents and builders nationwide without ever visiting the property.

What if my listing is not yet live?

No problem. Simply upload your photos to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer after checkout and share the link with us at luxlistingmedia@gmail.com. This is our specialty for new construction and pre-market listings.

Can you stage empty rooms?

Yes - this is one of our most popular services. We use AI virtual staging to furnish empty rooms with furniture and decor appropriate for your listing's price point. The staging style is matched to the home - modest and clean for entry level listings, upscale modern for mid-range homes, and designer luxury for premium properties.

What format are the files delivered in?

All videos are delivered as MP4 files optimized for MLS upload and social media sharing. Files are sent via email download link within your delivery window.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your delivery contact us within 48 hours at luxlistingmedia@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will make one round of reasonable revisions at no additional charge.

Is this compliant with MLS rules?

Yes. Every video includes our AI-generated content disclaimer watermark which meets disclosure requirements for AI-generated content on listing platforms. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the specific rules of your local MLS board.

How do I submit my listing photos?

After checkout you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions. If your listing is live simply include the URL in your order notes and we will pull the photos directly. If not yet listed, upload your photos and share the link to luxlistingmedia@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
